The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, has strong attention to detail, and can communicate clearly and compassionately with customers over the phone to finalize design details and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare print-ready artwork for memorial programs, prayer cards, and related products.
- Communicate directly with customers by phone and email to confirm design details and edits.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency and high-quality design standards.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure artwork prints correctly.
- Organize and archive design files for future reprints or updates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required).
- Minimum 2 years of design experience in a print or production environment preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills over the phone and email.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of print layout, bleeds, and color accuracy.
